About Our Team

A native of Houston, Dr. Frank Incrapera received his undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Texas. He also studied the technical, cosmetic and administrative areas of dentistry in an extensive postgraduate education program. This additional education qualified Dr. Incrapera as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). He also belongs to other professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and has done teaching presentations for other dentists on reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Incrapera’s commitment to patient care and dedication to exemplary customer service is reflected in the attitude of his staff. Both dental hygienists are skilled in the latest general dentistry techniques, and the friendly, relaxed manner of his medical assistants can increase any patient’s comfort. The front office staff not only can help you fit an appointment into your busy schedule, but are also available to work with you to get the maximum benefit from your insurance company. Robin Robin is native of Colorado. She and her husband Don have five children ranging in age from 14-25. She completed her certification in dental assisting at Pima Medical Institute and Colorado University. Robin moved to Texas and joined Dr. Frank's team in 2005. She has always enjoyed the art of dentistry.
Marion Marion is our dental assistant who comes from beautiful southwestern Colorado. She is very happily married and has a son. She brings ten years of experience in dental assisting and believes the best part of working with Dr. Frank's team is the small town charm of a big city office. Marion takes pride in caring for our family of patients.
Leslie Leslie the office manager began her career in dentistry seventeen years ago with Dr. Frank. Leslie is committed to efficiently caring for our patients scheduling and financial arrangements providing choices to fit preferences. She has two beautiful young daughters and loves being their mom.
Tina Tina, the office veteran has been Dr Franks hygienist for 18 years. She is a native Houstonian living in the Cy-Fair area. Married to a fabulous guy with three active children. Tina is devoted and very involved with her family. Her inspiration as a great team member for Dr. Frank Is the caring relationships she has built over the years with patients. Tina enjoys golfing, boating and just being outdoors.
Allison Allison, our hygiene coordinator and marketing specialist enjoys keeping up with our patients recare appointments. She works diligently to help with scheduling needs and conflicts. Allison's two children are grown giving her more time for her passion of gardening and spending time with her wonderful husband.
Kim Kim is a great addition to our team. She obtained her hygienist degree from Wharton School of Dental Hygiene. Her caring gentle concern for our patients has been excellently performed. She loves to fish and enjoys the outdoors.
